When you send an enquiry, complete Tanjore Rasa, request a LookBook or catalogue download, or place a sample-kit order, we receive the details you choose to share, including your name, email address, phone, company, delivery address, country, state or province or region, city, pincode or postal code, room dimensions, project interests, and responses.
We use this information to understand your enquiry, prepare relevant suggestions and reply to you. Submissions pass through the website's email delivery and lead storage services for this purpose.
The newsletter is optional. When you select its checkbox, you agree to receive one or two thoughtful emails a month from Tri-Lotus Chithiram. Every newsletter will include a simple way to unsubscribe.

Tanjore Rasa directions are creative starting points. Each project is shaped through a direct conversation, with availability, samples, pricing, timelines and delivery shared by the atelier as the conversation develops.
Sample-kit orders use the Sample Kit Order Confirmation & Bank Transfer Request issued for the selected kit and destination region. Payment is accepted in USD for the USA, Middle East, Asia, and Australia, and in EUR for Europe. The all-inclusive price includes estimated standard shipping to a major metropolitan area. Import duty, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees and remote-area surcharges are not included, and final shipping is confirmed before dispatch. The document states the combined amount, transfer reference, and bank instructions. Bank-transfer charges are borne by the sender. After payment, the customer emails the SWIFT payment confirmation and order reference to tlc.accounts@tri-lotus.com. The atelier replies within 2 business days.
