We use this information to understand your enquiry, prepare relevant suggestions and reply to you. Submissions pass through the website's email delivery and lead storage services for this purpose.

The photographs, artwork, writing and brand elements on this website are presented for viewing and enquiry. Please do not reproduce or use them without written permission from Tri-Lotus Chithiram.

Tanjore Rasa directions are creative starting points. Each project is shaped through a direct conversation, with availability, samples, pricing, timelines and delivery shared by the atelier as the conversation develops.

Sample-kit orders use the Sample Kit Order Confirmation & Bank Transfer Request issued for the selected kit and destination region. Payment is accepted in USD for the USA, Middle East, Asia, and Australia, and in EUR for Europe. The all-inclusive price includes estimated standard shipping to a major metropolitan area. Import duty, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees and remote-area surcharges are not included, and final shipping is confirmed before dispatch. The document states the combined amount, transfer reference, and bank instructions. Bank-transfer charges are borne by the sender. After payment, the customer emails the SWIFT payment confirmation and order reference to tlc.accounts@tri-lotus.com. The atelier replies within 2 business days.
